Do you have anything selected in your Terminal Server or Citrix Policies
for client time?

Has anyone else had an issue with the time zone not being
picked up from the local pc correctly? We have the time zone and update
time checked on the local pc, but it seems to want to jump to server
time. However, this is only occurring on some of the servers in the
farm. The check box is checked on all servers to use local machine time.
