Any roaming profiles?
Have you tried UPHClean on the server?

Subject: [THIN] slow logoff
I have tried disabling mcafee, removing MOM agents, the latest hotfixes
applied from citrix, all to no avail. When I connect through a terminal
session, published app, or ica client connection, 10 minutes or more to
logoff. There has to be someone else experiencing the same. Any help is
worth a beer or two, of 50. Thanks
