[THIN] roaming profiles

We are trying to implement roaming profiles and we are having a slight issue.  
When the user logs out, the profile is deleted from the TS server but it is not 
being copied back up to the profiles share on the network.  The users directory 
is created there but it remains empty.  Any ideas on this one.  

I checked permissions and they appear to be correct.  I am at a loss.
