Depending on the client version you are using, you can
disable it in the client properties. I have chosen to not
upgrade the client on 2 of my TS boxes so I replaced the
ntray.exe file with a copy of msg.exe. It does cause the msg
info screen to come up when users login, but it goes away
immediately.
