If the reg files specify HKLM, then you should be fine. Check registry
permissions in regedt32 and see that everyone has access to them.

Hi all,
I am tweaking my servers per the new MIAB suggestions. Going through
the
sample reg files, I've selected the ones I need and applied them. None
of
the settings are taking. I tracked a few down to typos in the samples.
However, the others should work. The ones I am having problems with in
particular are the keepalives. Do I have to be in install mode to make
changes to the global HKLM?
