[THIN] problem with new servers

I have a Windows NT 4 TSE / Citrix XP FR1 farm with 10 servers in it using
MS SQL datastore. I have built 3 more servers to add to it. The server
build go fine. I am able to add to the farm and the IMA runs fine on all 3.
We publish a load balanced desktop. Users are sent to the 3 new servers
with no problems. But if I run the CMC on any of the 10 older servers or on
the new servers and try to click on one of the other new servers to see
users, etc. for that server, it gives me an hour glass for a long time then,
when it finally unlocks, there is nothing shown. Even though I know there
are users logged into it. The only way I can see the users logged into it
thru the CMC is if I load the CMC on that particular server. But I can
browse the other old servers from the CMC on the new servers without issue.
Has anyone got any kind of clue as to why this would be doing this? Could
there be corruption problem with the SQL database or something else?
Thanks,
