[THIN] printing (yaaawwnnnn) on ps3/w2k3... to an NT4 print server

Hi list,
I plan to allow auto-printer install on 2003 MPS3.0 servers from an XP client
base. Can I assume that all drivers are user mode version 3 from the w2k3
CD??
If a 2003 MPS3 server prints to some obscure printer attached to an NT4 server
(which the 2003 server doesn't have a driver for), will the NT4 server pass
its driver back to the 2003 server to auto-install?
any comments/advice appreciated
