[THIN] printing PDF files from thin hp thin clients.

I'm not sure if I'm sending this the correct way
We are unable to print PDF files from two terminal servers, which are
running Windows 2003 r2, the other Windows 2003 TS works fine. I have
been looking for what could be different. I think it has something to
do with permissions. If I log on a thin client as myself I am able to
print a PDF file if I log on as a student, I can't, it gives the message
"you need to install a printer", this only happen with PDF files, when
you select file/print setup while in the PDF file you will see the
printers, but when you select print, it will tell you that you need to
install a printer. If anyone has a solution or can tell me where to
look, I have checked printer operators group and other various groups
and local policy. Thanks.
