[THIN] printer

I have a home user that cannot add her printer. First printer  is O.K. but when 
she attempts the second it states she does not have sufficient privileges to 
add the printer. Nothing has changed on the box, and it was working fine until 
now. Never seen it and stuck. Any ideas?
