I too am in a caffeine induced fog but I think I recall that B.O. mucks around in HKLM\Software\BusinessObjects or something identifiable like that. One of the main differences between 2000 permissions and NT4.0 permissions is HKLM. Mike is right that regmon will help you find the exact key(s) to unprotect.
