ICA Client 10 has a group policy template that can be used to set this
centrally.

On a machine that has ICA Client 10 installed, go to C:\Program
Files\Citrix\ICA Client\Configuration. Copy the icaclient.adm file to
c:\windows\inf on the machine where you are running the Group Policy
editor.
Add the .adm to the group policy and enable the options for local
username
and password.

The settings in the .adm file can be set per-machine or per-user.

The docs for the ICA client 10 show that anything in the .ini files can
be
centrally controlled using group policy. Not all .ini settings are
available
in the icaclient.adm file but can be added manually if desired.

If not edit \user\application data\ica client\appsrv.ini with

EnableSSOnThruICAFile=On
SSOnUserSetting=On

did you edit the appsrv.ini appropriately? I think there is an adm out
for
it somewhere that might be easier.

also, this is easier with the pnagent.
