Because I want them sorted by whatever OU they are a member of. Not sure
if that can be done.

why not use \\server\share\%username%
<file:///\\server\share\%25username%25>

This works great on 2000.. Win9x is a different story..

        Is there a variable that I can use for an OU?

        I want to use content redirection for my docs to a location such
as \\servername\mydocs\ou\%username%
<file:///\\servername\mydocs\ou\%25username%25> . This way they won't
have to dig through a ton of users on the back end to find a particular
user's docs.

        Thanks,
