Back in my days working for a software developer I got the job of re-writing
most of the manuals for the software - when I saw the latest version of
their manuals some years later my kids names were still  there....

Ahh.. churning through the web interface 4 admin guide (what a pleasure to
have documentation).. and there are references to Mrs. Doyle in some screen
shot examples!! ha ha ha... I guess this may have been written by our Irish
