well..  I found out the problem....  I was setting this up on a test
computer and it was running windows XP pro.  
 
I installed it on W2K and it works fine...

Sounds like Pass through or smart card is setup in the nfuseadmin sub dir

I am trying to log into NFuse 1.7 and it keeps saying

 

ERROR: The web server is configured incorrectly to authenticate you using
your requested login type.
