No but you can use the timeout.exe command frome the resource kit in the
batch before you run it

Subject: [THIN] net use command
Hi all,
Is there a timeout option for the "net use" command?
We're auto-mapping a drive to a share on a samba server, but the samba
server sometimes hangs; therefore making the logon script
take longer to execute.
Any workaround?
I'm using the command: net use Q: \\server1\share
Thanks,
