[THIN] licencing

Hi 

When using the development licence , can I only have one server in the
farm and one client,

Is there any way to get temporary licences to test multiple client
connections and server's

I have PS 4.0 installed but am planning on starting again with 4.5 .

I also cant get logged into my licencing server at the moment ?
