Whilst on this topic, is there going to be a gathering of the "THIN" group
again? I'd like to put faces to names and personal thank you's too.

Here is what I did last year. I took my entire family and got a suite at
the Hilton (which is still on disney property and right up the street from
downtown disney) for $125 a night. Citrix cancelled all of there rooms there
at the time so it was pretty deserted. I then got a van from Priceline.com
for $25 a day. The hilton is just a few miles away from the Swan and if you
don't want to rent a car there are shuttle busses that go everyplace you can
take a cab from the airport for about $23. There is also a shopping center
for the locals with taco bell, mcdonalds (etc) right up the street from the
hilton and you can save a bundle on meals and other items.

Do most you just stay at one of the Mickey Mouse Land resorts, or go outside
to get a hotel? If so, what are parking costs, etc... also, is it worth
getting a rental car down there or just take a cab from the Airport?

Thanks,
Larry
