We were not there, however we do fit that bill with our TMuLimit product!
You are probably referring to RTO and their T-Scale product.  As they both
improve performance via different means, you can use both.

Hi Gang,

Does anyone remember a vendor at iForum that said that they had a piece of
software that could theoretically improve your CPU performance w/o the need
for hardware upgrade.  Maybe it manages CPU time or something... I don't
think it was not a VMWare type solution either.
