[THIN] help local security policy holding on the bad Domain GPO setting

I removed the policy and ran gpupdate but the computers that grabbed the
bad policy are holding on to it . I need help.

Hi all, 

I recently upgraded one of my servers to Windows 2003.  All my other
servers are still at Windows 2000.

I am using roaming profiles.   When I logged in to my Windows 2003
Server for the first time, the IE Home page was reset.   Is there any
way to prevent that from happening.  I know my users are going to
complain.
