[THIN] client problem???

Hi all,

I have some client machines that started having problems accessing
applications thru my WI 3.0 server, here is what happens:

Client connects to WI 3.0 server and is authenticated, when their
published applications appear they click on one of them and the ICA
client box pops up and starts to connect, the bar on the connection 
progress indicator gets to about 75% and then it disappears - nothing in
the systray, nothing in task manager - like it was never loaded to begin
with.

The weird thing about this is I cannot isolate this to a specific
hardware platform or a specific client version. It happens when a client
is running version 8.00.24737 as well as 7.00.17534. I have re-installed
the web interface and the ICAWEB client files from my original Citrix
media kit CD as well as from the web all to no avail. The only thing
constant about this problem is that once desktops start having this
problem they stay 'broke' even after removing the ICA client and totally
gutting it out of the registry. I am at a loss as for what would be
causing this problem. Help!!!!!!
