Actually I tried that a while back to see what would happen if you
loaded Metaframe on a server that was running in remote admin mode.
Worked fine in my lab, but I wouldn't recommend it for the real world.

Ugh, you can't connect to a server via ICA if your server is in Remote
Admin mode.  Try an RDP client.
