[THIN] citrix and support

guys,

got a problem with the citrix website.
citrix's .vhd files for platinum mf are corrupt.citrix advices me to contact
my reseller but i dont have 1.can some1 advice me what to do? i dont
understand why i should contact a reseller because the corrupt files are on
the citrix website and not on a reseller website.
