We use a spreadsheet (Excel) in which we import users and then create a batchfile using tscmd. I can mail it offline if you like and you'll see what I mean. The only thing you need is a list with logon names (and a bit of Excel knowledge to copy the formulas and make the batch file). PS you can create other batch files too: make home directories and profile directories and set the permissions on those directories with cacls).
