[THIN] c$ share

Found that at my new job, the C$ admin shares have been removed from all
servers.

As I understand it, Windows servers should rebuild the share each time
the reboot?

Trouble is, items such as delprof, WMI, etc., do not work correctly,
without the c$ shares (root).

How do I recreate these?
