Yes this is possible: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;310584 explains how to set up the auto login. Then you need to automaticaly trigger the TermServer connection; If you look at the Terminal server client box, under options, it'll give you flexibility and then the ability to save the settings as a file.
