[THIN] Xte Service Startup with server 2003

Hello there,

Has anyone experienced issues with the Citrix XTE service on Server 2003 
running MPS 3.0?

I dont see the issue on Win2k TS (running MPS 3.0) at all but im getting quite 
a few 2003 servers with XTE service issues.

Ive been checking around and Citrix report an issue with SSL relay... which im 
not using.
