[THIN] Xenapps 11 custom connection to web interface

Good morning everyone, hopefully someone can point me in the right
direction.  I am trying to create a custom ica connection to my CAE server.
I can access this server by going to https://myserver.mydomain.com however I
can't the custom connection to work.  Any suggestions?
