[THIN] XPs to XPa CAL problem

Hi all
We have XPa FR2 on our farm. We originally had XPs with 60 CALs, but upgraded
to XPa and only initially bought 40 XPs to XPa upgrade CALs (as we only had
that number of users at the time). We now want to add additional users so have
purchased additional XPs to XPa upgrade CALs. I've added these to the farm, and
also activated them, but its still only showing as 40 CALs available. I seem to
remember something like this happening before but I cant remember, I have a
feeling its something to do with FR2? Can anyone shed any lighton the subject?
