Oh, okay. We're running on Windows 2000. Maybe that explains why I couldn't seem to find one that relates. There doesn't seem to be a hotfix for Windows 2000 that addresses the same issue as this one does for 2003. Thanks, Jan.

Forgive me, but I cannot find anything in a hotfix for XPe SP4 that

to this issue. I looked at all of the hotfixes and did a search of
