[THIN] XPe FR3/SP4 Breaks Client Drive Access in some Apps

Has anyone experienced this issue or might have some insight? We are upgrading our Citrix installation from XPe FR3/SP3 to SP4 and all application Citrix patches. After this upgrade, there is an application called Brio 5.5 that seems to have issues with client drive mapping. You can still browse the client PC's drive mappings, but you cannot save anything to or open anything from them. If you try to save to the client drives, you get a message saying "Could not save the document. Make sure that you have write permission and that there is sufficient disk space." If you try to open a file, these message says "<filename> not found".

Any ideas?
