These are a PITA to remove manually, but in 99% of the computers I've
had infected with this, there is an uninstaller that removes the
programs entirely.  Did you check add/remove programs?

these processes are killing my terminal server. I have tried a few spam
removal tools and disabled the services and the still load up any
suggestions.
