[THIN] Re: Workstations won't grab TS CAL unless Administrator

We've seen it. We have no workaround except making the user a local
administrator. (We theorize that you could subsequently remove the user
from the local admin group once the license is successfully issued, but
we haven't verified that. 

It's also possible that they could get away with being a Power User and
not a full admin. Again, we haven't tested that either.
