[THIN] Re: Windows directory appears under home drive?

It's so that entries written to win.ini, system.ini etc are written to
a user specific location rather than the system.

The only problem is that file access to this location can be a problem
if the TSHOME directory is located on a distant file server. This can
cause all sorts of application performance problems. If you are seeing
anything like this, you can turn it off with some reg keys.
