[THIN] Windows KB885355 Advice

Hi all,
I'm having problems with a terminal server I'm running, and someone
has suggested that this may be the cause.
I'd like to apply it against the server with Local Policy, but I can't
find where it might be on the server. Could anyone make any
suggestions on how I'd go about it?
