i agree, you're trusting google.  Their agreements seem friendly enough but
yeah, if they want to do harm, they will.  How will they respond to a
supeana?  Will they mine for data?  Can your competitor buy their way in?
And I think that is the main sticking point holding people back.  But look
at the model. $50 bucks a user, and you replace Exchange, an Intranet, and
most (not all) of your complex MS Office agreements.  Add to that the fact
that the users access from anywhere what they would access in the office and
it's a really good deal.  Plus they are proectecing all that mail from and
data with antivirus, antiphishing, they back it up, etc.
