I'm pretty sure I had this working in my last site, though I don't recall if it
was w2k8 or w2k8. definitely ACG and x64. Just looked at my notes and I didn't
do anything that specifically called out as being relevant to smart cards.
Definitely don't want to start with the AGM image...
