[THIN] Windows 2003 : local user and coputer policy

Hi all
Under windows 2003 server, how can I duplicate the "local user policy"
and "local computer policy" ? I have to install several Windows server
2003 in my NT4 domain and I would like to apply the same local policy
and configuration (IE, desktop, etc ......) on all of them.
Do you know a tool or a good mean (script, ...) to do this ?
Due to the great number of parameters I've changed, I don't want to set
them on each server manually.
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.
