Exactly. This is why you could only theoretically have no more than 100
users logged into a TS box at one time. Microsoft has changed the way =
the
users registry loads and where it is placed within RAM.

I think I can speculate.
If the constraint to the number of concurrent users that you can support =
is
the registry size limitation in Windows NT or Windows 2000, then =
Microsoft
has fixed it in Windows 2003 so that the registry size limit is no =
longer
the constraint. Specifically, they have changed it so that the registry
lives in user memory now instead of system memory which means that it =
can
grow without bumping into the constraints that it bumped into when it =
was
part of the system memory.
