I would hope you have someone in your plan lined up to test the
applications, preferably someone with German language skills.
No application testers = problems. The applications themselves won't
be problems - your lack of language skills in getting what the users
what will be.
DL380G3s are good technology. You will probably need 2 or 3 servers to
service 120 users. Add 1 for redundancy, and add 1 for spares, and you
should get another 3 years or so of them running a Win2003 setup.
After that, it will be cheaper to upgrade to something with better
power usage per user.
