[THIN] Wierd profile issue might be FR3?

We have two user profiles that will not connect. When they login they it
will either hang at a black screen or after their batch file runs then they
get a saving setting box and then they are backed out.  We are running XP
FR3 windows 2000 adv in a CSG 2.0 environment.  Our Nfuse server is still at
1.7 because of converting  customize pages.  Any help would be great Thanks
