[THIN] Why does Outlook constantly mess up my users printing

The symptom is that on occasion specific users won't see any  printers 
in Outlook only. Deleted the outlprnt file in most instances (and 
having them restart their Citrix session usually fixes the  problem) 
> Other apps on the same server WILL see printers. 
> 
 So: 
 1. Anybody else run into this. 
 2. Anything I can do about it. 
 3. The users have roaming profiles. Some users get the Outlprnt 
 file 
 in their roaming portion of the profile, some have it in the 
 static "my 
 documents" portion of the profile. 

MF PS 4.0 with Outlook 2000 SP3
