No that is topica (our backup list in case freelist goes down) that does
that not freelists. Freelists is unsubscribing people for bounces for
whatever reason.
I also have been going through the list for people who are set to nomail and
have never posted since we migrated to freelists and removing addresses to
try and clean up the list. Messages have been taking a long time to get
through due to all of the bad email addresses and the time it takes to go
through all of the subscribers. There must be about 1000 people on
"vacation mode" , the freelist equivalent of no mail If people never post
and they are set to no mail, I see no reason for them to be subscribed since
they can read the messages on the freelists site and not have to be
subscribed like they had to on Yahoo.
If you find yourself accidently unsubscribed, just resubscribe or send me an
email at web@xxxxxxxxxx and I can fix it for you. Sorry for any
inconvenience but the list has been a mess over the last few weeks.

I sent a link to someone who was sending out Unsubscribe posts to the
list. He clicked on it and I was removed from the list. Maybe someone
hit the wrong Unsubscribe link on the bottom of your post. I guess we
will all need to remove all of the automatic stuff from the bottom of
our posts, before we send.
I could be wrong. Hope this helps to clear it up a little.

Subject: [THIN] What happened to my Thin subscription?
Hi folks,
This morning I came in and found out 2 messages in my mail that I was
unsubscribed from Thin list.
I did not do this so I was wandering if it is something wrong with
Freelists.org or is it friday humor ;) ?
