This article should get you started:

tion-for-Citrix-Presentation-Server
Note, the Web Interface server must be a domain member. There must be no SSL
termination between the Citrix client and the Web Interface server (i.e. no
proxy of Web Interface through Secure Gateway or Access Gateway. Proxy of
ICA through Secure Gateway or Access Gateway is fine).

Subject: [THIN] Web Interface and Smart Card logons
Hello all,
I had Web Interface working just fine until a few months ago we
started requiring smart card logons. Is there a document out there that
describes how to configure the Web Interface server to allow/require Smart
card logons? I know I have to get a certificate for the server, but that's
it.
Thanks in advance,
