Not that I'm aware of. In my experience, that has to be a trust between the two in order for that to work, otherwise, there will always be foreign credentials attempting to login to one domain or the other. I thing you could possibly install a 2nd physically seperate instance on the same machine, but I'm not 100% sure about that. I want to have 1 farm use the single sign-on and the other farm to have them use a different ID and password. Each farm is on a different domain and there is no trust between the domains.
