If I wanted to redirect by the value in the first octet, how could i split
that out?  Let's say that I wanted to direct all 10.x.y.z addresses to the
WI page and 172.x.y.z addresses to google?

Prefer in a WI page, but either really.  I currently use a vanilla .html
page with links to ica files and links to my WI page, but I will soon be
replacing that (thank goodness) and going totally WI.
