I haven't been overly happy with Wyse's support, although it has
improved over the last year. Registering units used to have to be done
one at a time, and if a unit wasn't registered you couldn't get it
repaired. =20
Now at least you can mass register your units at Wyse's web site.
We are also currently looking at the Neoware Capio.

we have over a hundred of the Wyse 3350SE. We have had a lot of =3D
problems with them. Support was ok but we were constantly shipping =3D
units to them for repair and that added up quick. We stopped buying =3D
them a couple of years ago in favor of the Neoware EON and Capio.
We still have a couple die every week. Usually we can reflash them and
=3D they come back to life. Sometimes they don't. When that happens we =
=3D
permanently replace it with an EON.

we have about 200 of them from the 3000 series to the new 4000 series =
=3D
neos. they have worked well for us. the newer ones have a more more
"windows =3D like" feel in the setup. their support has been pretty =
good,
although, dont =3D forget about the cost of extended support for =
software.
i think you have 1 year from purchase, then you have to buy extended
support. we have =3D blackberries syncing through them, but no other
devices attached other than modems. =3D we use them as dial ups for home
users and some remote offices. seem to =3D work well there also.
