[THIN] WI address translation issue

Greetings:

 

We have:

CPS4.0 Farm (each server is configured with an altaddr external IP which
works with the old MFXP Web Interface we have running)

CPS4.0 WI running on a web server

 

I can launch published apps internally, but not externally.  Reading
various posts and articles, I see that I probably need to modify the DMZ
settings for my site, but I'm not sure what setting to choose.  I have
good firewall rules pointing my external IP to my internal web server on
both ports 80 and 1494.

 

I'm not sure which I need to choose...Alternate, or Translated.  Also we
don't have a Secure Gateway Set up, so I'm assuming we would not choose
the last 3 options.  When I choose Alternate or Translated and put the
external IP in this setting it does not work.

 

Any feedback would be great...
