[THIN] WI 4.0 session problems. Invalid ticket from STA.

Hello,
Running WI 4.0, Secure Gateway and Presentation server 4.0 (Server 2003).
When using web interface to access published applications the connection is
suddenly dropped with event error:
"Service received error: invalid-ticket from STA STA0294584394B1, client IP
x.x.x.x connection dropped."
and "Socks Session [9] failed ticket check. Client IP [x.x.x.x]."
What can I do too prevent this??
