To do this you require bi-directional audio which Citrix does not support.
It has been proven to work well on SBC when using NCD ThinPATH plus software
which supports bi-directional audio.

Rose--

We attempted to use a similar voice-recognition program called JAWS but were
unsuccessful in getting it to run over Citrix. We went as far as calling
Citrix Technical support and got the patented "we don't support that
technology" response from them.

Subject: [THIN] Voice recognition

Hi all,

I'm pretty sure, given the limits on audio that the Citrix environment has,
that having voice recognition software on a Citrix farm is not a good
thing. I'd just like some confirmation from you folks. We are trying to
get away from the fat clients, but recently had a couple users come to ask
about voice recognition, specifically Dragon Naturally Speaking.

Thanks.
