[THIN] VPN Clients Can't Talk to TS Licensing Server

I can reproduce the following error on Window XP clients, and it is
annoying me to no end:
From a VPN connection, I receive the standard "network or dialup
problems are preventing communication with the Citrix Metaframe
Server" error. I then delete the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSLicensing and reboot, yet I
still cannot connect to Citrix and continue to receive the "network or
dialup" error while still on VPN.
If I put the same workstation on the LAN, I can connect and the
MSLicensing is recreated and I get a license.
What do I need to open up on the VPN to be able to get a valid
license? Other XP machines having this problem are remote and are
difficult to bring in house temporarily...
